WEEKDAYS 8:30AM – 5:00PM
From I-95: Turn right onto Palm Coast Parkway. Turn right at the first stop light onto Boulder Rock Drive (across the street from Outback Steakhouse).
From I-95 South: Exit 323 to International Golf Parkway then your first left onto Turin Terrace. The office is on your immediate right. We are located on the second floor in the Flagler Health+ Building.
From S.R. 16: Follow S.R. 16 west, turn left onto International Golf Parkway then your first left onto Turin Terrace. The office is on your immediate right. We are located on the second floor in the Flagler Health+ Building.
