Barbara was born and raised in New York City. In 1993 she and her family gave up big city life and moved to St. Augustine. She has two wonderful sons, Derrek who is married and lives in St. Augustine and Keith who is attending University of Florida - GO GATORS.
To combat the empty nest, Barbara has become an avid cyclist. She also enjoys working out at the gym, cooking, eating, movies and music.
Amy Loughlin, ARNP, CNM
Amy joined OB-GYN Associates in 2007, but has worked as a midwife since 2002. She and her family are happy to be here in St. Augustine with its beauty and recreational activities.
With a master’s degree graduate from the University of Maryland,
she is a National Health Service Corp recipient and has worked in
women’s health care for twelve years. Amy’s patients love
her caring, thorough style; she loves delivering babies and educating women about their health choices.
In her spare time, she enjoys baking, reading and spending time at
the beach with her husband and son.

Anah Marks, ARNP, CNM
Anah is originally from Ohio but has lived in Florida since 1985. She is a graduate of Florida State University and the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing.
Anah and her husband have three sons, two dogs and 16 chickens. She enjoys reading, watching movies and being outside swimming at the beach with her family.
Anah enjoys all aspects of her job especially helping new lives begin. Over the past few years Anah as found passion in running. So much so, she has completed two half marathons and The Gate River Run.

Elizabeth Meadows, ARNP, CNM
Elizabeth joined the practice in the spring of 2010 when her husband, Matt was relocated to the area. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia and the Medical College of Georgia. She obtained her master's from Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing in 2003. She began her midwifery career with a busy practice in her hometown near Atlanta.
Elizabeth and Matt have 3 children, two sons and a daughter. Everyone is enjoying getting to know their new hometown... especially the beach! Elizabeth spends her free time reading, gardening, swimming and cheering for the Dawgs.
Elizabeth's favorite parts of midwifery care are contraceptive education and pregancy care.
